Alterations for Fielding & Nicholson Garments

• Initial Adjustments: For bespoke or made-to-measure garments purchased from us, we provide complimentary alterations to ensure a perfect fit. These adjustments must be requested within 30 days of receiving your garment.
• Subsequent Alterations: Any further adjustments requested after the initial fitting period will be subject to standard alteration fees.

Alterations for Non-Fielding & Nicholson Garments

• We offer professional alteration services for garments not originally tailored by us, subject to the garment’s condition and suitability for adjustments.
• Alteration fees for non-Fielding & Nicholson garments will vary based on the complexity of the work required.

General Terms

• Timeline: Alterations typically require 7-10 business days, depending on the extent of the adjustments needed. For urgent requests, we offer expedited services for an additional fee.
• Condition of Garments: Garments must be clean and in good condition before alterations can be performed. We reserve the right to refuse service if the item is unsuitable for tailoring.
• Limits to Alterations: While we strive to accommodate all requests, some garments may have structural or fabric limitations that restrict the scope of alterations. Our tailors will advise you accordingly.

Alteration Fees

• Fees for alterations will be clearly communicated during your consultation. For bespoke garments purchased from us, fees are often minimal, and we aim to provide transparent pricing for all services.

• We take pride in our workmanship and will work with you to ensure satisfaction with your tailored garment. If you have concerns after an alteration, please contact us within 14 days so we can review and address the issue.
